The oyster plant comes from the warm, humid regions of Central America where it’s commonly found growing in the shade of taller plants.Rhoeo spathacea is native to Guatemala, Belize, and Southern Mexico. Rhoeo has various beautiful shades, leaves are generally green, gold, red, dual color and multi color that depends on the species. All species share common characteristics of being hardy, fast growing and sun loving foliage plant.
